Sean's 1st Birthday Party!

My little baby turned 1 on Sunday, we had a baby sesame street party for him at the park on Saturday! It was really fun & a total hit, with over 50 people there & lots of kids running around & playing games! There was tons of food, I promised myself that we would only have pizza & drinks, but that never works- so we had, Pizza, salad, "tequenos", cookies, "quesillo", Tres Leches Cake, Fruit Salad, chips, drinks & the list goes on & on. Here's a few pictures:

Tia Lorena, snuggling Sean!

The cake was delicious! To my surprise Sam's Club makes a Tres Leches cake, so that was our obvious choice! It was so yummy!

Happy Birthday Sean!!!

Andy wanted to be front & center, to help little brother blow out the candles:

I love this picture of Sean, with all the frosting on his face--he loved the cake, Can you tell?

Playing "Pin the nose on Elmo".

Pinata Time. This was the kids favorite part of course, here's Andy whacking Cookie Monster- sad.

Sean thought it was so funny... every time we hit the Pinata- he cracked up!

Now, that's something I've never seen before - an Elmo tres leches cake! And I've been looking at a lot of Sesame Street birthday cakes lately. Looks like you guys had a great time. I love the Cookie Monster pinata too! Glad the red frosting came off. That looked like quite the mess.

Wow! That looks like quite the party. I'm impressed with all that planning. Maybe you'll have to be in charge of all of Carlee's birthdays!
